Kathryn York

Kathryn York is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at KFC UK & Ireland, with previous roles including Talent Director and Senior Human Resources Manager at KFC. Before their time at KFC, Kathryn also worked as an HR Business Partner at Nestlé. Kathryn holds a 1st Class Hons degree in BSc Human Resource Management from Aston University and has completed several qualifications through the CIPD. Kathryn has a strong background in leadership development, training design, recruitment, and organizational design.
