Dale Russell

Dale Russell is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in project management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of IT Planning and Process Excellence at Kforce Inc since 2008, Dale oversees the PMO and aligns IT initiatives with strategic business objectives. Previous roles include Director of Engineering, where leadership was provided to IT Engineers and Security professionals, and IS Department Head at Publix, overseeing a team of 180 IT professionals. Earlier experience includes managing Procter & Gamble's Systems Operation center and supporting major brands. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology from the University of South Florida.
