Paul Flack is an accomplished leader in digital experience and technology solutions with extensive experience across notable organizations. Currently serving as the Digital Experience Practice Lead at Kforce Inc since October 2020, Paul heads a team focused on innovative, human-centered digital strategies. Prior roles include Delivery Lead and Digital Marketing Strategist at Accenture, where Paul enhanced performance for commercial life science organizations, and various leadership positions at IBM, where Paul drove sales and strategy for the GBS Watson Health division and led large teams in IBM Interactive Experience. Paul began their career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a Senior Manager, specializing in complex application development and data architecture. Paul holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and has completed executive education programs at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
