Robert von Zitzewitz has worked as a Business Analyst at KfW IPEX-Bank since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BearingPoint as a Consultant from March 2020 to April 2021, and as an Analyst from September 2017 to February 2020. Robert also interned at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit Bank AG in July 2013.

Robert von Zitzewitz has a diverse education history that spans multiple institutions and fields of study. In 2002, they attended Kieler Gelehrtenschule for their high school education. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics & Business Economics from Maastricht University, which they obtained in 2014. During their time in university, Robert also had the opportunity to study abroad at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2014, where they focused on Economics. Following their bachelor's degree, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics, specializing in European Economic Policy, at Maastricht University from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained various certifications. In 2008, they received the DELF A2 (Diplôme d’études de langue française) French language certificate from the Centre Culturel Français de Kiel. In 2012, they obtained a Spanish language proficiency certificate at level A2 from Universidad de Málaga. Robert also holds the DELE B2 (Diploma de Español como lengua extranjera) Spanish language certificate, which they obtained in 2014 from Instituto Cervantes. On the professional front, they have acquired several certifications, including Scrum - Certified Product Owner and Scrum - Certified Scrum Master from Scrum.org, both obtained in June 2018. Robert also completed the SQL for Data Science course through DataCamp in September 2018, along with a Datacamp Career Track: R Programmer (10-course, 40-hour Training). Additionally, they have a Microsoft Certificate in DAT205x: Introduction to Data Analysis using Excel, which they obtained in February 2017 from edX.
