Matthias Gossenz

Matthias Gossenz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Matthias most recently worked at kfzteile24 GmbH, starting in 2020 as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management & Logistics. In 2023, they advanced to the position of Group COO.

Before that, Matthias worked at Schaeffler AG from 2005 to 2020. Among their various roles, they were the Vice President of Corporate SCM & Logistics, responsible for global warehouse locations and managing a budget of approximately 200 million EUR. Matthias also led the setup and commissioning of the European Distribution Center South (EDC), successfully integrating 20 countries into the new center. Additionally, Matthias held leadership positions in logistics strategy and processes and served as the Chief Administrative Officer for South East Asia, overseeing multiple functions within the company.

Matthias started their career at Cortal Comnsors (now Consors Bank) as the Manager of Accounting & Taxes. Matthias then joined Schaeffler Technologies AG & CO.,KG as a Specialist in Finance Asia/Pacific.

Matthias Gossenz attended the Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Intrnational Taxation. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they studied taxation and accounting at Rödl & Partner GmbH and received a Tax Assistant certificate.
