In the past, he also served as an advisor to the Deputy Mayor of the Capital City of Warsaw Of Warsaw and advisor to the Mazowieckie Voivode. He was the vice-president of Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe "Nowy Świat" SA - a company of the State Treasury and the Foundation of the University of Warsaw. For many years he worked in the Legal Department of the Office of the National Broadcasting Council, including as the deputy director of the department.
