Bob Meekin

Bob Meekin is an experienced human resources and organizational development professional with extensive leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at KGPCo since January 2016, Bob focuses on culture, leadership, and talent strategy to support the organization's growth. Previous positions include Owner and Area Representative for CarePatrol Franchise Systems, LLC, and various senior HR leadership roles at Liberty Diversified International, GN Store Nord, and Mesaba Airlines. Bob's consulting experience includes work with The Organization Development Center, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, culture creation, and leadership development. Bob holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University, a Master's in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from Saint John's University.
