Tom Burkhart

Tom Burkhart has over 30 years of experience in structural engineering and project management. Tom currently holds the position of Senior Structural Engineer and Project Manager at KGS Group, where Tom specializes in hydro projects. Prior to this, Tom worked at GHD Inc. for nearly three decades, managing various projects including buildings, tanks, towers, and tunnels. Tom also served as the Principal Engineer and General Manager at Carlton Engineering, overseeing company operations and engineering projects. Tom began their career as a Project Engineer at JDC Associates after completing their BS in Civil/Structural Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
