Sharmin Raza

Sharmin Raza started their career in 2004 as a research associate at Corporate Executive Board. In 2005, they worked as an analyst at Accenture before joining Deloitte Consulting LLP in 2006 as a senior consultant. At Deloitte, they worked until 2011. In 2013, they joined Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd. as a General Manager - Retail / Business Head. Sharmin then held various leadership positions at Khaadi, including Head of Human Resources, Chief Transformation Officer, and Chief Product Officer. Sharmin worked at Khaadi until at least 2019.

Sharmin Raza attended the University of Houston from 2002 to 2003. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
