Younus Ali Shah

Younus Ali Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Younus most recently worked at Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd. as the Lead People Management - HR, where they spearheaded the digitalization of P&C processes and is currently leading automation projects to streamline various operations. Prior to that, they worked at K-Electric as an Assistant Manager - HR, conducting performance efficiency analysis and designing proposals to increase productivity. Younus also held the position of Manager-Sales & Customer Support at Symbios.pk, where they managed the sales team and prioritized efforts to meet service expectations. Before that, they worked at Axact as a Quality Assurance Executive-Internal Audit, responsible for monitoring communication channels. Younus started their career at United Bank Limited as a Quality Assurance Analyst, coordinating with different units to evaluate calls.

Younus Ali Shah has a diverse education history. In 2007, they started their undergraduate studies at Karachi University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. Younus completed their undergraduate education in 2010.

After gaining professional experience, Younus Ali Shah returned to their studies in 2019 to further their education. Younus enrolled in Karachi University once again, this time pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Younus successfully completed their Master's degree in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Younus Ali Shah has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in different areas. Some notable certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) from AUC - Partner in Transformation, Data Analytics from PSTD - Pakistan Society for Training & Development, and Mastering Negotiation from Learning Minds.
