Anshuman Sakle

Anshuman Sakle is a Partner in the Competition/Antitrust practice group in the Mumbai office. With over a decade of experience, Anshuman’s practice covers the full spectrum of Indian competition/antitrust law including advising on complex merger control cases, abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, joint venture and distribution agreements and antitrust audits and compliance.

He often writes on the subject and his articles have been published in various national and international journals and magazines. He is currently a member of the board of editors of The Quick Look, a publication of the Joint Conduct Committee of the American Bar Association, member of the board of advisors of the RMLNLU Law Review and a member of the board of editors of the blog run by the Centre of Corporate Law, NLU Odisha.
