Nikhil Jhunjhunwala

Nikhil Jhunjhunwala is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in the Kolkata office with dispute resolution experience. He primarily focuses his expertise on foreign exchange laws, mergers and acquisitions, along with drafting and advisory on Wills and Trusts.

Nikhil has been regularly advising clients involved in infrastructure projects such as maintaining and operating National Highways and bridges. He has also advised multinational clients in the M&A space including joint venture projects, inbound and outbound foreign investment, project finance and represented clients before the High Court, National Company Law Tribunal and Supreme Court of India.

Nikhil has also assisted and advised clients in undertaking court approved schemes and in regulatory adjudications on securities, exchange control and company law with authorities such as SEBI, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Enforcement Directorate.
