Sahil Shah is a Counsel in the Investment Funds practice group in the Mumbai office. Sahil has over 16 years of experience in Investment Funds, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate transactions.

He specialises in Investment Funds with a specific focus on assisting Indian and foreign fund managers in setting up AIFs in India, as well as assisting Indian and foreign institutional investors in their investments into Indian AIFs. He also focuses on Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions.
