Rohit Thapa

Rohit Thapa is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in teacher professional development. Currently serving as the Sr. Lead at Khan Academy since October 2021, Rohit has spearheaded initiatives that have trained over 25,000 government school teachers in integrating educational technology into their teaching practices. Previous roles include Managing Consultant at Learning Links Foundation, where training management was a key focus, and Program Lead at the India School Leadership Institute, providing support and coaching to city program managers. With early experience as a Fellow at Teach For India and an Analyst at Accretive Health Pvt. Ltd, Rohit holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Hyderabad and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.
