In 2011, they were an Assistant to Coaches at Team Concepts, Inc. and in 2010, they were Co-president at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Helen B. has an education history that includes a Masters of Science in European Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in International Studies and Spanish, and International Relations and National Security Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Helen also holds a High School Diploma from the National Cathedral School. Additionally, they have 30 hours of CERT Training in CPR/AED; Disaster Preparedness; Fire Safety; Damage Assessment; Medical Triage; Treatment and Transport; Search and Rescue; Incident Command System; Disaster Psychology; and Terrorism Awareness, obtained in February 2014 from the Montgomery County Volunteer Fire/Rescue Association.
