Mini Shatanandais the current Head, PHE & Service Learning Coordinator at Khartoum International Community School. Mini has over ten years of experience working as a physical education teacher and coordinator in various international schools. Prior to their current position, Mini was an IB MYP PHE Teacher and Service as Action Coordinator at Oberoi International School from July 2016 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the PE curriculum and lesson plans for grades 6 to 10, coaching Handball for 2 years, helping with scouts and guides program, organizing Sports Day, and chaperoning students on residential trips. Mini was also a part of the Core Committee for internal Self-reflection at OIS for IB-CIS-NEASC joint accreditation visit, grade level leader and mentor for Grade 7 and 9 PHE curriculum development team, and chaperoned students on various residential and sports-related trips.

Mini Shatananda has a PhD in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Mumbai, a Master of Education in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Education in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Mumbai.
