Harsh Nangalia is a seasoned compliance and regulatory professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Compliance at Khatabook since March 2023, Harsh oversees the compliance and controls function to support the digital empowerment of MSMEs in India. Previously, Harsh held the position of Director & Head of Compliance & Controls at Ola Financial Services and was the Head of Compliance, Internal Controls, and Company Secretary at Siemens Financial Services, India, where responsibilities included managing compliance, corporate secretarial functions, and risk management. Earlier roles include experience at Nomura, focusing on corporate governance and secretarial functions, as well as a position at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited in regulatory compliance. Harsh holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Education Program in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
