Radin Faizal Arif has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Radin Faizal started their career as a Research Intern at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where they aided research on trade and competition. Radin Faizal then worked as an Academic Tutor at The Australian National University before joining CIMB as a Management Trainee. At CIMB, they gained experience in areas such as macroeconomic analysis, payroll banking, and commercial banking. Radin Faizal was later promoted to roles including Relationship Manager, Special Officer to the Group CEO, and Associate Director in the Regional Debt Capital Markets. Following that, they served as a Special Officer at the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, where they managed and executed various initiatives related to policy and investment. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad's Dana Impak, an impact investment fund.

Radin Faizal Arif completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Economics from The Australian National University from 2009 to 2012, with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics. Prior to that, in 2008, they studied Western Australian Matriculation at Sunway College. Radin Faizal'searlier education includes attending Penang Free School from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in Physical Sciences. In 2019, they obtained the Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence (CMSRL) from the Securities Commission Malaysia.
