Carol Spoehr

Carol Spoehr has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as the Lead After School Teacher at Goodman Community Center since September 2020. Prior to this role, Carol has been involved with One City Schools since September 2015 as a 4K Teacher and Curriculum Coordinator, as well as Lead Early Childhood Educator, where responsibilities included mentoring teachers and lesson planning. From 2014 to 2015, Carol worked as a Teacher Aide III at Dane County Parent Council, assisting with lesson planning and the developmental progress of children. Additionally, Carol held the position of Site Director at Dane County Parent Council, Inc. from 2000 to 2014, where duties included planning and implementing lesson plans, assessments, and promoting parent involvement. Carol holds a Master of Science in Professional Development from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Science in Adult Education and Child Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
