Abdus Samad

Abdus Samad currently serves as Area Manager at FLSmidth since August 2023 and has been with KHD Humboldt Wedag since October 2017 as Chief Manager-Process, where responsibilities include coordinating across departments for project execution and preparing Plant Operating Philosophy. Previous experience includes roles as Manager-Process at Christian Pfeiffer India Pvt. Ltd., where Abdus focused on operating philosophy and ball mill circuit sizing, and Deputy Manager-Process at Holcim, conducting process studies and supporting alternative fuel optimization. Abdus began their career at The India Cements Ltd as Sr. Assistant Manager-Production and has held various positions in after-sales and service at KHD. Abdus Samad holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University, completed in June 2007.
