Ana Lucía Cáceres Aceituno has worked in various roles since 2018. In 2018, they were an International IT Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, where they were responsible for analyzing the current implementation of the Colombian single window and proposing a roadmap for its technological evolution. In 2019, they were an IT Consultant at Coordinador Eléctrico Nacional, where they were responsible for diagnosing the current situation of the information systems of the Technical Information Department and designing a proposal for a single information system. In the same year, they were a Consultant, Coach & Trainer at Imppulsor. In 2020, they were an IT Consultant at Mutual de Seguridad Asesorías and Vice President at BNI Victoria. In 2021, they became a Scrum Master at Khipu, and in 2022 they became Encargado de Mentores at BNI Victoria. Ana Lucía also founded ALC Coaching & Consulting SPA in 2019, where they serve as a Coach & Mentor, designing and facilitating workshops for improved process work, using the LEGO SERIUS PLAY Method, and carrying out group and individual coaching. Additionally, they created the Challenge / Program Recognizing My Apps about self-knowledge to free personal value. In 2020, they also joined AceleraLatam as a Boarder.

Ana Lucía Cáceres Aceituno has an extensive education history. In 2021, they attended Kanban University and obtained a Certification in Agile and a Kanban System Design in Project Management. In 2006, they attended Practia Consulting and obtained a Scrum Master in Project Management. In 2019, they attended Works Consultoría and obtained an Attendance in Management 3.0 and an Explorer Lean Change Management in Metodologías Ágiles. Lastly, they attended Inno Magic in 2019 and obtained a Facilitador en LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods.
