Paul Orlady

Paul Orlady has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul is currently serving as the President & Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Khona Scientific, Inc., a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded and was involved in the Human Wellbeing Initiative™ from April 2020 to December 2020.

Before their current ventures, Paul was extensively involved in Enterprise Risk Strategies, LLC. Paul served as a Board Member & Founding Principal from July 2019 to December 2020 and as the CEO and Founding Principal from July 2013 to June 2019.

Paul's experience in the insurance industry includes roles at NFP, where they worked as a Health and Welfare Consultant from January 2007 to July 2013. Before that, they held the position of Senior Market Manager at Unum from September 2000 to September 2006.

In their earlier career, Paul worked at Cigna, where they held various positions such as Associate General Manager - Western US, Regional Sales Director, District Sales Manager, and Account Executive. Paul worked at Cigna from January 1986 to August 2000.

Paul also gained valuable experience through an internship at Hewlett-Packard from January 1985 to May 1985.

Paul Orlady attended Gonzaga University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
