Brian Feller

Brian Feller has extensive experience in customer operations and risk management, currently serving as Manager of Risk and Compliance at Khoros since January 2018. Prior roles at Khoros include Senior Manager of Customer Operations, Manager of Customer Experience Special Projects, Lead Technical Account Manager, and Senior Technical Account Manager. Before joining Khoros, Brian held the position of Project Manager in Professional Services and Senior Technical Support Engineer at Jive Software, where responsibilities included managing enterprise customer upgrades and critical support cases for Fortune 500 clients. Brian began their career at SAP AG and SAP BusinessObjects as a Support Engineer. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Michigan, earned between 1989 and 1993.
