Galen Garrison, MBA, PMP, PMO-CP, CSM, is an experienced professional in project management and solutions architecture, currently serving as Director of Global PMO at Khoros since August 2024. Previous roles include Principal Solutions Architect at Qualtrics and NICE, where Galen successfully drove professional services value, led organizational transformations to cloud-based solutions, and collaborated with various teams to enhance contract and project management processes.
