Kennedy Siubal Buenaventura

Kennedy Siubal Buenaventura has a diverse work experience in the culinary field. Kennedy started their career as a Service Crew Seed/Working Student at Jollibee Group of Companies in 2009 and worked there until 2013. Kennedy then worked as a Food Server/Nutritionist Assistant at Imam Abdulrahman Al Faisal Hospital from 2014 to 2015.

Kennedy Siubal Buenaventura joined Selfie Cafe in 2017, where they initially worked as a Head Chef/Beverage Maker until 2019. Afterward, they continued as the Head Chef until 2020.

In 2020, Kennedy Siubal Buenaventura joined AMS and served as a Chef/Accommodation Coordinator as well as an Assistant Catering Manager until 2021. In 2022, they worked as an Italian Chef at Green Basil until 2023.

Currently, Kennedy Siubal Buenaventura holds the position of Head Chef at Khudairi Group, where they have been responsible for controlling and directing the food preparation process, creating menus, and ensuring the quality of dishes since November 2022.

Kennedy Siubal Buenaventura attended STI College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology (DCET) with a focus on Information Technology (IT). In addition to their formal education, Kennedy also has certifications in Cyber Awareness Challenge 2020 from the U.S. Department of State. Kennedy also has certifications in STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) from RAK Ports Training Institute and Tesda Cookery from Tesda: Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. The dates of when they obtained the STCW and Tesda Cookery certifications are not provided.
