Sophie Constable

Sophie Constable has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sophie started their career as an Access Officer at KCSU - King's College Student Union, where they designed and implemented a summer school program and organized an Access Bus initiative to promote higher education.

Sophie then worked as the Head of Production at The King's Affair, where they managed a team responsible for arranging and financing all production services for a large-scale event. Sophie received positive reviews for their work.

Sophie later became an Intern at The Brilliant Club, negotiating additional summer placements for the Nuffield Research Placements program. Sophie also worked as a Student Consultant at Student Hubs, leading a team and managing an operation-focused cost reduction consulting project.

Sophie's experience includes working at Academy Ambassadors as a Partnerships Assistant, where they engaged with HR and CSR departments to promote non-exec roles and developed a new Corporate Partnership strategy. Sophie also worked at The Prince's Trust as a Philanthropy Executive, managing relationships with trusts, foundations, and philanthropists.

In their most recent roles at InvestIN Education, Sophie served as a Programme Management Director, growing the team from 1 to 23 employees and designing and delivering over 150 programs for thousands of students. Sophie also held positions as a Senior Programme Manager, Programme Manager, and Associate Manager within the same organization.

Currently, Sophie is working as an Associate Full-Stack Engineer at Ki Insurance, a digital and algorithmically-driven Lloyd's of London syndicate.

Sophie Constable's education history includes completing their Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies at the University of Cambridge from 2013 to 2017. Sophie'sfield of study within this program was Asian and Middle Eastern Studies. In 2015 and 2016, they also attended Peking University, focusing on Chinese Studies with a specific emphasis on Mandarin, Chinese History, Literature, and Culture. Additionally, in 2014, Sophie briefly studied at National Taiwan Normal University, specializing in Mandarin as part of their Chinese Studies coursework.
