Paulo Navarro Roa

Paulo Navarro Roa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paulo began their career in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant at Cristalerías de Chile. Then, they worked as an Examiner for SIMCE at the Government of Chile from November 2008 to November 2010. Later, they joined NYK Line as an Assistant in the Import and Export Department from December 2010 to March 2011.

In 2012, Paulo became the Head of the Quality Department at Servigrut Ltda., where they developed and maintained an Integrated Management System. From December 2013 to July 2014, they worked at Ki Teknology as a Process Manager, responsible for analysis and reporting, internal audits, and process improvements.

In 2013, they also joined Pari Consultores as an Executive Director until May 2015. Paulo returned to Ki Teknology in 2014 as a Project Manager, overseeing software development projects and leading assigned teams.

From July 2014 to January 2016, they served as a Coordinator of Processes and Projects at BancoEstado Corredores de Seguros, focusing on process optimization and documentation.

In August 2016, Paulo became a Project Manager at BancoEstado, responsible for managing digital banking technology projects using BancoEstado methodologies. Paulo played a key role in the Contact Center Managed Project and the Dynamic Currency Conversion Project.

Most recently, Paulo worked at Ki Teknology as a Project Manager from May 2017 onwards. In this role, they continued to demonstrate their leadership skills in managing various projects.

Paulo Navarro Roa's education history is as follows:

Paulo completed a Diploma in Integrated Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001, with a focus on Quality and Improvement of Industrial Processes, at Universidad de Chile from 2013 to 2014. During the same period, they also obtained the qualification of Lead Auditor in Integrated Management Systems ISO 9001, 14001, and OHSAS 18001, specializing in Quality and Improvement of Industrial Processes.

Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Paulo attended Duoc UC, where they earned a degree in International Business Engineering, focusing on International Business.

Before their higher education, from 2000 to 2003, Paulo attended Liceo Comercial Talagante, where they obtained a Technical Level Accounting degree, specializing in Accounting.

In addition to their academic achievements, Paulo has also earned several certifications. In May 2020, they became Scrum Fundamentals Certified through SCRUMstudy It. In July 2013, they completed an Advanced Excel course at Universidad Tecnologica Inacap. In June 2012, they received training in Techniques for Executing Internal Audits in SGI at Universidad Central de Chile. In April 2012, they completed a course on the Role of Supervisor in Operating the ISO 9001:2008 Standard, also at Universidad Central de Chile. Finally, in May 2020, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified designation from SCRUMstudy.
