Jochen Paesen

Jochen Paesen is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as VP for Interior Design at Kia Motors Corporation since April 2020. Prior to this role, Jochen Paesen held senior positions at NIO, including Senior Interior Design Director and CMF Design Director, after which there were significant contributions at BMW Group, culminating in the role of Head of Interior Design for BMWi. Jochen Paesen began a career in interior design at Volkswagen AG and has also established a personal art and photography practice since 2009. An alumnus of the Royal College of Art with a Master’s Degree in Vehicle Design and Coventry University with a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation Design, Jochen Paesen’s educational background is complemented by attendance at The British School of Paris.
