Karla Rider

Karla Rider has had a diverse range of roles throughout their work experience. Karla started their career as a Training Specialist at Newmarket International where they provided instruction and training on software programs to clients across multiple states. Karla specialized in training MarketVision and Crystal reporting and query writing.

Karla then joined Kiawah Island Golf Resort as a Staff Accountant, responsible for payroll operations and preparation/processing for a large number of employees. Karla later became the Payroll & Budget Manager, where they continued to oversee payroll operations and took on additional responsibilities such as tax reporting, benefits-records administration, and payroll systems maintenance.

Most recently, Karla served as the Director of Analytics at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. The exact details of their role as Director of Analytics are not provided, but it can be inferred that they were responsible for leading and managing the analytics department.
