Marjorie Edwards

Marjorie Edwards is the current VP Talent at Kibo. Marjorie has held this position since May 2021. Prior to their current role, they were the VP of People & Culture at Aceable from September 2018 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for all things people and culture related, including leading a team of recruiters, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development Partners, in addition to Payroll, Facilities, and IT Helpdesk across the US and India.

From July 2016 to September 2018, Marjorie was the People & Culture Business Partner Manager at Stitch Fix. In this role, they were responsible for all site people & culture related things and led a team of HR Business Partners and Learning & Development Partners.

From March 2014 to July 2016, Marjorie was the Global Head of Learning and Development at RetailMeNot, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for all employee training, growth and development, and compliance. Marjorie led a team of Learning & Development Partners in the US, UK, France and Netherlands.

Prior to their roles at RetailMeNot and Stitch Fix, Marjorie was the Director of People Operations (HRBP) at Abilitie from July 2011 to March 2014. In this role, they were responsible for global career development and recruiting.

Marjorie began their career at Harvard Business School in September 2009 as the Global Career Development & Recruiting where they remained until August 2011.
