Rick Czubek

Rick Czubek is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and management. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at KMC since June 2000, Rick specializes in progressive die design, multi-slide tool design, robotic weld fixture design, and metal fabrication, among other responsibilities. Prior to this role, Rick was the Engineering Manager at Fallon Luminous Products from December 1994 to June 2000, leading a team of five engineers in taking concepts from paper to production and managing capital expenditures. Earlier in career, Rick worked as a Project Engineer at KCS Industries from February 1990 to July 1994, gaining valuable engineering expertise.
