Tony Tricozzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, primarily within the agribusiness and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Kickpoint Ventures since April 2024, Tricozzi previously held the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships at Regrow Ag from March 2023 to February 2024. With a notable tenure as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group from September 2012 to February 2023, Tricozzi has developed expertise in agriculture, climate, and sustainability, covering areas such as AgTech, AgChem, and carbon markets. Additional experience includes a role as Manager of Global M&A Strategy & Corporate Development at Mondelēz International and teaching as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan. Tricozzi holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, along with two degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
