Chris Corso

Chris Corso has extensive experience in the retail brokerage industry, with a focus on landlord and tenant representation, ground-up development, and asset acquisition and disposition. Chris has built long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and brokers, leading to their success in the field. From 2020 to the present, Chris has been the Vice President at Kidder Mathews. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Sales & Leasing Representative at De Rito Partners from 2012 to 2020. Chris also served as a Senior Associate at CRS (formerly Retail Brokers Inc.) from 2006 to 2012, where they closed over 100 lease deals and built a strong professional network. Chris began their career as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from 2001 to 2004, and has prior internship experience at FOX Television Sales and Kantar Millward Brown.

Chris Corso attended Fairfield College Preparatory School from 1992 to 1994 for their high school education. Chris then went on to attend Forman School from 1994 to 1996 to complete their high school degree. After that, from 1996 to 2001, Chris attended Rochester Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business. Additionally, in 1998, they participated in a certification program at Sheffield Hallam University focused on International Business as part of an exchange program.
