Karen Benoit, Kidder Mathews’ Executive Vice President, Corporate Marketing & Communications, has overall responsibility for creating the firm’s brand and marketing strategy, communications, corporate environments, events, and growing the firm’s presence on the West Coast. Karen is a long-time shareholder and serves on the firm’s executive management team, the strategic planning committee, and the Kidder Mathews Foundation. She is dedicated to mentoring talent and encouraging growth, and she has built an award-winning team of marketing and operations professionals and staff that encompasses 80 members throughout the organization. Karen has developed robust thought leadership, speaking, and social media programs to communicate and promote the firm’s expertise, and multiple strategic campaigns to support the firm’s brand, recruiting, and sales opportunities. During her tenure, she has led four new website and corporate re-brand initiatives. She has overseen the design and completion of all Kidder Mathews’ offices, all of which continue to set the firm apart from its competitors to attract and retain talent and clients.

Throughout her career, Karen’s experience has been instrumental in facilitating the firm’s rapid growth to over 900 people in 21 offices in five states. She is a wealth of knowledge on how the company is structured and its culture. Her leadership and guidance continue to be a significant component of the many awards and accolades the firm has received, which makes people want to work at Kidder Mathews. She has recently been honored with five national awards for her leadership as a CRE professional, top marketer, and a notable mentor. Along with her team’s efforts, the firm has received 460+ corporate awards and recognitions, including Inc5000’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies Honor Roll (6-times) and 65+ awards for being a best place to work in multiple markets and publications.
