Kendra Ristad

Kendra Ristad has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President Human Resources at Kidder Mathews starting in 2020. In this position, they provide coaching, consultation, and guidance on managing people and organizational effectiveness. Prior to this, Kendra worked as a Human Resources Operations Director, where they managed day-to-day HR operations and supported strategic initiatives. Kendra also has experience as a Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Generalist, where they focused on employee relations, policy development, and full-cycle recruiting. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Kendra worked at AeroTEC - Aerospace Testing Engineering & Certification Inc., where they held roles such as Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Kendra also has previous experience at Oregon State University as a Fiscal Coordinator Assistant and Purchasing Assistant.

Kendra Ristad completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science with the option of Public Relations and Public Policy at Oregon State University from 2013 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a HIPAA Certification from ProHIPAA in November 2017 and another HIPPA Certification from Lockton Companies in April 2022. Additionally, in July 2017, they obtained a CPR Certification, although the institution is not specified.
