Matt Johnston

Matt Johnston is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily investment sales, specializing in the Greater Seattle Area. Currently serving as Vice President at Kidder Mathews since July 2025, Matt has previously held key positions, including Vice President of Investment Sales at Northmarq from August 2023 to July 2025 and Broker at CPX from November 2021 to August 2023. Early in the career, Matt worked as an Associate Broker at Pilot Ventures and gained foundational experience through internships at Broderick Group, CBRE, Penn Schoen Berland, and McMillan Piper. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the UW Foster School of Business, complemented by participation in the ALBA Study Abroad Program.
