Michael Gschwend

Michael Gschwend has a strong background in leasing and selling commercial properties, particularly office transactions. Michael has nearly 10 years of experience in this field and is highly skilled in advising tenants during lease negotiations. Michael has worked with a wide range of clients, from large corporations to start-ups, and has a deep knowledge of the local market. In addition to their current role as Senior Vice President and Partner at Kidder Mathews, Michael previously worked as a Sales Assistant at Marcus & Millichap.

Michael Gschwend attended USC Marshall School of Business from 1999 to 2003 where they pursued a degree in Business Administration.
