Nicholas Phillips has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nicholas started their career as a Firefighter EMT at CAL FIRE in 2014 and worked there until 2016. Nicholas then joined Marcus & Millichap as an Associate from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they were an Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company from February 2020 to January 2023. Furthermore, Nicholas obtained certifications in Hazardous Materials First Responder FRO, WMD, and DECON from the California Specialized Training Institute in 2011. Nicholas also completed certifications in ICS-100 Introduction to the Incident Command System, ICS-200 Basic Incident Command System, and IS-700 National Incident Management System Intro from FEMA in 2011. Nicholas holds certifications from the California State Fire Marshal in areas such as Firefighter 1, Confined Space Awareness, Firefighter Survival, Auto Extrication, NFA Fire/Arson Detection, Low Angle Rope Rescue Operational (LARRO), and Rescue Systems 1. Additionally, they obtained an Emergency Medical Technician certification from the State of California in 2010 and holds a Real Estate Salesperson's License from the State of California.
