Mike Sagan

Mike Sagan has over 30 years of experience in supply chain and operations management. Mike has held several positions with IKEA, starting in 1990 as an Assistant Supply Chain Manager, and later progressing to roles such as Supply Chain & Domestic Transportation Manager North America, Strategic Purchaser, Global Supply Chain Manager, and Chief Representative/Deputy TA Manager Greater China. At IKEA, they were responsible for managing purchasing and sourcing activities, developing product ranges, establishing new product development organizations, and implementing global growth strategies. In their most recent role as Vice President Supply Chain and Operations at KidKraft, Inc, they focused on building a scalable supply chain and organizational network to support international expansion plans.

Mike Sagan obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Glassboro State College, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Mike later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing and Business Logistics at Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management from 1988 to 1990.
