Mudita Shah

Mudita Shah has extensive work experience in the HR field. Mudita currently holds the position of Head of HR at Kido since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Lead HRBP at Mindseed Education from September 2023 to November 2023. From January 2021 to March 2023, they were an Assistant Director, HR at KIC UnivAssist and also worked as an EA to the Founder of the IC3 Movement. Mudita also has experience as an HR Manager at KIC UnivAssist from September 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Manager HR at The Learning Curve India from March 2017 to October 2018. Mudita also served as an HR Manager at JBCN EDUCATION PVT LIMITED from September 2015 to January 2017. Mudita's work experience began at Vilasrao Deshmukh Foundation in July 2009, where they held the position of Manager (Human Resources) until December 2014.

Mudita Shah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, obtained from 2008 to 2010. Mudita also has a B.COM degree in Accountancy and Taxation from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya Jabalpur, completed from 2000 to 2003. Mudita Shah completed their Sr. Secondary education from St. Joseph's Convent Senior Secondary School, Jabalpur. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including courses on data-driven skills-first workforce strategy, using metrics to drive HR strategy, tracking and reporting DEI efforts, motivating others by creating meaning, and morning habits of high performers.
