Paul Crawte

Some of their notable positions include being the Head of Young People's Strategy at Kids, where they managed significant contracts focused on enabling young people's voice and strategic decision-making. Paul also served as the National Coordinator for the Family Support Volunteers Project at Together for Short Lives, leading a project to develop a volunteering approach that supports families in the community. Additionally, Paul worked as a Project Manager at YoungMinds for the HeadStart campaign, promoting resilience in young people. Paul Crawte has a diverse education history with a range of qualifications. Paul obtained a B.A (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Wales, Cardiff, between 1989 and 1992. In 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Youth Work from Brunel University London. Additionally, they completed a PTLLS - Level 4 qualification in Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector at Bracknell & Wokingham College in 2012 to 2013. Paul also holds an Advanced Professional Diploma in Management (Level 7) from Bracknell & Wokingham College, achieved between 2007 and 2009. Paul furthered their education in coaching and team development, undertaking a Coaching Development Institute course in Developing Teams and Team Members at an unspecified time. In 2019, Paul completed a course in Coaching For Performance at the Open University. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters degree and a Post Graduate Diploma at Oxford Brookes University in Coaching and mentoring, with an anticipated completion year of 2023.
