Ailsa Gibson-Sheridan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community connections and youth mentoring. Currently serving as a Senior Practitioner Community Connections at Kids First Australia since November 2024, Ailsa previously held key roles at Kids First Australia/Whitelion Youth and Whitelion, including Practice Support Coordinator for Mentoring and Community Connections Coordinator. Ailsa also contributed to The Smith Family as a Project Officer focusing on early intervention for children and families. Additional roles include Cadetship Coordinator at Doxa and Training Administrator at the Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria. Ailsa's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Monash University and a Diploma of Applied Social Research.
