Bess Ginty has worked in a variety of roles and companies throughout their career. Bess began in 2006 as an International Security Graduate Intern at the Atlantic Council of the United States. Bess then moved on to the United States Senate, where they served as a Legislative Correspondent for Mark Pyor. In 2009, they joined the United States House of Representatives as a Senior Legislative Assistant to Bobby Bright. In 2010, they took on the role of Corporate Staff at Kids for the Future before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Most recently, they became a Board Member at Empower Healthcare Solutions in 2018.
Bess Ginty completed their education from 2004 to 2006 at George Mason University - Schar School of Policy and Government, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Policy. Prior to that, they attended the University of Arkansas from 2001 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and European Studies. Bess Ginty's high school education took place at Wynne High School, with completion prior to the year 2000.
