Alexander Cooper

Alexander Cooper is a Senior Attorney at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), where responsibilities include representing unaccompanied minors in various legal proceedings and supporting litigation efforts. Previously, as a Staff Attorney at Immigrant Defenders Law Center, Alexander represented unaccompanied minors in removal proceedings and custody hearings. Alexander's early legal experience includes a Law Library Research Assistant role at UCLA, a Legal Intern position at the National Immigration Law Center, and a Volunteer Law Clerk experience with the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Alexander holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Philosophy from Pepperdine University.
