Alexander Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Alexander began their career in 1989 as a Legislative Correspondent in the Office of U.S. Senator Charles S. Following this role, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia. In 1994, they joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a Trial Attorney and later became a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.
