Ashley Helsing

Ashley Helsing has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles. Ashley is currently working as the Director of Advocacy Campaign at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Disability Specialist at the Wyoming Health Department in the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials from September 2021 to August 2022. From July 2017 to September 2021, Ashley worked as the Director of Government Relations at the National Down Syndrome Society. Ashley also worked as the Deputy Political Director at Angerholzer Broz Consulting from July 2013 to July 2017. Before that, they held the role of Finance Associate at Political Development Group, LLC from January 2013 to June 2013. Additionally, Ashley has experience as a Field Organizer at Organizing for America-Virginia from September 2012 to November 2012, and as a Finance Assistant at Charlotte in 2012 - Democratic National Convention from February 2012 to September 2012. Ashley started their career as a Political Fundraising Intern at Political Development Group, LLC from September 2011 to December 2011.

Ashley Helsing obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from New York University between 2006 and 2010.
