Jennifer Taylor

Jennifer Taylor, MSW, currently serves as the Institutional Development Coordinator at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) since October 2022, providing strategic fundraising support and managing Salesforce data to enhance donor engagement and track grant deliverables. Prior experience includes a role as Development Consultant at Advance NYC from October 2021 to October 2022, where Jennifer assisted various nonprofit organizations in driving revenue growth through effective fundraising strategies. Earlier, as Senior Communications and Development Associate at RAP - Resilience Advocacy Project from October 2016 to March 2019, Jennifer developed strategic fundraising plans and managed stakeholder databases. Jennifer also coordinated community outreach efforts at The Healing Center NY between June 2013 and February 2015, fostering partnerships to address issues of violence and systemic oppression. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Columbia School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Montclair State University.
