Lindsie Driver

Lindsie Driver currently serves as the Youth Engagement Lead at KidsAbility Centre for Child Development, focusing on empowering youth advocacy and community inclusivity since October 2021. Previously, Lindsie was a Recreation Coordinator at Lutherwood, where responsibilities included developing therapeutic leisure programs for seniors and mentoring students in the Recreation and Leisure program. Lindsie's experience also includes roles such as Educational Assistant with Wellington Catholic District School Board, Therapeutic Recreation Intern at Grand River Hospital, and Direct Support Worker with Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region. Lindsie completed a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Waterloo and further pursued professional development with a Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from Wilfrid Laurier University. Lindsie's diverse background emphasizes commitment to advocacy, inclusivity, and quality of life for individuals across various age groups and abilities.
