Thomas Vink

Thomas Vink has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2021. Thomas began their career as a Winkeltrainee at Ahold, where they gained experience in team leadership and process improvement. Thomas then transitioned to the IT industry, working as a Test Engineer at Vodafone and Volkswagen Pon Financial Services via Sogeti. At ANWB, they served as an Agile Test & Quality engineer and later became a Scrum Master. Thomas also worked at Enexis Groep, where they fulfilled roles as a Lead Improvement Coach, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Thomas was responsible for organizing and collaborating with multiple teams. At Sogeti, they held various positions, including Lead Improvement Coach, Trainer at Sogeti Academy, and Test & Quality Engineer. Currently, Thomas is the Head of Software Development at KidsKonnect, a childcare services software provider. Thomas oversees software development operations and manages international operations across Europe.

Thomas Vink completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Small Business en Retailmanagement from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, they attended Florijn College Breda, where they earned a degree in Retail. In addition to their formal education, Thomas has obtained numerous certifications including Certified SAFe Agilist, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner, Scaled Professional Scrum, Professional Scrum Master, Certified Agile Tester, Agile Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, Test Engineer Certificate based on TMAP NEXT, and High performance training from Ohio University. Furthermore, they hold the certifications of Certified LeSS practitioner and Zelfstandig ondernemer, MBO niveau 4, although the institutions and years of completion for these are not specified. Thomas also completed a program in Management van mensen at de Baak, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
