Nicholas Ortiz

Nicholas Ortiz is an experienced music educator and saxophone instructor with a strong background in both teaching and performance. Currently serving as a Music Teacher and Band Director at Willow Springs School District 108 since August 2022, Nicholas has also maintained a private saxophone studio since May 2019, catering to students of varying skill levels across the Midwest in classical and jazz genres. Additional roles include Saxophone Instructor at Ensemble Music Schools, Camp Director at BRAVO WAUKEGAN, and Jazz Ensemble Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. With foundational experience as a Head Guard at Lombard Park District and teaching positions across various school districts, Nicholas holds a Master of Music in Music Performance and a Bachelor of Music Education in Instrumental from accredited institutions.
